For medium or high settings at lower resolutions, a Radeon HD 5670 will do.

But in general:
A midrange graphics card of the $110-$160 level
A fast processor (3.0Ghz or higher)
4gb of RAM

They made a DX11 fix for Crysis2, but I don't think that they made a DX10 fix. So in turn your 4650 will probally run Crysis2 at DX9c specs and will probally really play it with good FPS at Med-High settings. Keep in mind, PS3 and 360 xbox isn't running DX11 only DX9c, and their graphics processors aren't as good as the ones in the later graphics cards on the market...What do I need for Crysis 2 medium-max graphics?
GTS 450 will do it easily.

4650 should do medium details just fine.
