What is the best pc spec to play crysis 2 and cod mw2 ?

hi i would like to buy a cpu, motherboard , graphics card and ram, as of i was very much interested in playing computer games so please suggest me a best configuration for playing this 2 games . My range is Rs.10,000 up to 16,000. so please post me the best recommendation with price ?What is the best pc spec to play crysis 2 and cod mw2 ?
The graphics card I would use in that computer config to play Crysis 2 would be nearly double your budget. If you already have a computer with a Core 2 Duo or AMD 64x2 with 4 GiB of RAM, a processor speed of 2.4 GHz or better, an available PCI-e X16 slot, and a high output power supply with 6-pin and 8-pin PCI-e power connectors, I'd just be looking for a video board based on the ATI 6970/6950 or NVIDIA GTX570GTX560 in your price range.

my rig could do tat.setup is intel i5 2400(no oc)

ram:4gb ddr3 1333mhz

hard disk:any will do

graphic card is gtx 460 768mb

monitor resolution is 1440by900

so,only if have bigger resolution of monitor,just get better graphic card like gtx 560.else 'ill remain enough.What is the best pc spec to play crysis 2 and cod mw2 ?
well honestly that budet wont allow u to play crysis 2... however , mw 2 might just run at lowest settings with the config below:

I don't think it's possible to build a computer that can play these two games smoothly, or at least without tons of problems, for only 16,000 rupees ($361.00 USD) As those types of games demand a lot from your computer.What is the best pc spec to play crysis 2 and cod mw2 ?
go on to google and type in can i run it it is a free app u download that tells you if you can run certain games and it will tell you the best setup up for that particular game
