How do you change the graphics in Crysis 2 to low/medium?

When I try to change the graphics, all the lower i can go is high.How do you change the graphics in Crysis 2 to low/medium?
By default, "high" is equivalent to low graphic settings. there are a few third party program thats allow you to configure each settings individually, check out these links
