Apperently Crysis is less system demanding than Farcry 2 because Farcry 2 uses an open ended map with no loading sequences. So howcome i can run Farcry 2 on high settings and can barely run Crysis on low. I would of thought crysis would be more demanding anyway... but apperently not.
Also is Fallout 3 less system demanding than Farcry 2?Howcome i can run Farcry 2 and not Crysis?
uhmm crysis is the most demanding game ever made and the best looking too.
consoles cant even run crysis but they can run farcry 2.
farcry 2 has less foliage and virtually none of the physics that crysis has, and textures are 4x more detailed.
also there are alot of shadows in crysis and they move according to how the trees move, and there can be like 100 trees on screen.
by moving to medium setting your frames will be cut more than 50%.Howcome i can run Farcry 2 and not Crysis?
well, other than the fact that they are different engines (Ubisoft made Far Cry 2, not Crytek), Far Cry 2 is much more open than Crysis. Crysis is set in dense jungles with lots of foliage and trees. it's visually more demanding than Far Cry 2 is.Howcome i can run Farcry 2 and not Crysis?
crysis is not less demanding than farcry 2. Crysis is the best looking game to date, no games really come close to it when run at its max settings(which takes a very highend pc to run)
