Is geforce gt 430 1gb good for playing crysis 2?

I want to know if gt 430 1gb can run Crysis 2 on extreme settings in a decent frame-rate..At what resolution will it run if I opt it to Extreme settings and at what frame-rate? I really want to play this game..thanks.Is geforce gt 430 1gb good for playing crysis 2?
It won't run on extreme on a decent frame rate, unless your going to be running at a low resolution

It will most likely run Extreme on a low resolution like @ 1152x864 1280x1024 or 800x600

No. The GT 430 is not close to playing Crysis on extreme settings with at least a 1fps. Your gonna need to put in more money to get a better graphics card if you want to play it on extreme settings.



All graphic cards that will play crysis above 30fps with a res. of 1920x1080: ATI Radeon HD 5770, ATI Radeon HD 4850 (Not sure about this one) Nvidia Geforce GT 560Ti Etc.



Above 60fps: ATI Radeon HD 6850, ATI Radeon HD 5850, Nvidia Geforce GT 460, Geforce GTX 570, etc.



Be aware if you want these really good cards you need a strong power supply, meaning for the ones in the 30fps area, above 500w and 60fps area above 600w of power supply.

I recommend you get an ATI card, they use less power and are cheaper.



GT 430 can play crysis on low settings, but thats about it. No high res's either.
