Can you play Crysis on full settings with the intel quad core i7 920 processor running at 2.66ghz?

I'm in the midst of purchasing a new gaming PC and I want to play Crysis and many great games to come after. I want to know if the new intel quad core i7 920 running at 2.66ghz will do the job and play Crysis smoothly along with a 1.8GB video card by NVIDIA.Can you play Crysis on full settings with the intel quad core i7 920 processor running at 2.66ghz?
Please understand the following about game requirements:

Frames per second: depends on your graphics card chipset and memory it has. By chipset I mean the series like GTS 250, 260, 9800 etc.

Resolution and clarity: on your chipset

Loading time: on your hard disk

Game physics and control, back ground processing: on your CPU and RAM

So if you want good performance in a game, you should be looking at all of the above. Can you play Crysis on full settings with the intel quad core i7 920 processor running at 2.66ghz?
Im sorry to say it but there is a high chance that it will be extremely laggy and slow. That is, of course, if the graphic card is a variable. Can you play Crysis on full settings with the intel quad core i7 920 processor running at 2.66ghz?

Depends on card and resolution.
