How do I activate Devmode for Crysis 2?

It told me to put "-devmode" at the end of the "target" bar in Crysis 2's properties.How do I activate Devmode for Crysis 2?
devmode isn't available in the retail version of Crysis 2. Hopefully it will be added in a future update.
